Fred was found covered in ticks and fleas on the Eastern Shore of VA.   With red hair and blue eyes, Fred is irresistible.  He was found in the weeds on the side of the road in Wachapreague by a Good Samaritan who cleaned off 50+ticks and fleas.  He has had a bath and goes for his first shots 8/10.  We think he is 6-8 weeks old and can be “foster to adopt” to ESVA families after 8/10.  Outside the local area adoption would be after neuter.  Get those applications in at kindnessmattersrescue.org as red kitties go quickly.
