Scarlet, her brother Winston, and their Mama were found in a field in a rural area on the Eastern Shore of VA when the puppies were about 7 weeks old. No one claimed them after the stray hold so the family that found them stepped up to foster them.  Scarlet has the cutest brown ears and is a very alert and friendly puppy- quite independent.  She and her brother use puppy pads when their foster goes to work as she is gone about 7 hours but when she is home the puppies have started letting her know when they need to go out.  Neither Scarlet nor Winston is destructive. They are currently living with two small dogs and a cat. 

They have had their shots and microchips and just need to be neutered.  They can be "pre-adopted" to local families(Eastern Shore of VA/MD) as long as adopters use our vet, Greenbush Veterinary Hospital in Greenbush, VA for neutering.  Adoption will be finalized after neuter.
