We are a recognized 501(c)(3), which means that all donations are tax deductible.
As a volunteer only organization, Kindness Matters Rescue relies on the kindness of people like you to survive and save as many lives as we can. KMR has a reputation for rescuing ill and injured animals often rejected by other rescues. We take in bottle babies others do not have time or facilities for, special needs animals, and geriatric animals. We believe that every life matters and use your donations to save dogs and cats on death row. Funding/volunteers are always needed to find foster homes, provide medication and vet care, transport animals to rescue partners for adoption, and of course, feed and care for the animals. Any amount will help us continue to save lives.
Donations toward a specific animal are always welcome. If you learn of a special animal on our Facebook page, you may offer a sponsorship to a aid in the care of a specific cat or dog. A sponsorship can be in any amount or payment directly towards veterinary fees. We have had many who have lost a beloved animal, yet are not ready to adopt again, choose to pay a monthly donation in honor of their lost loved one. This money helps us care for, spay/neuter, vaccinate, and provide necessary medical care. If you cannot adopt, please consider sponsoring one of our deserving rescues. With a sponsorship you will get regular updates on how your chosen rescue is doing including photos.
